Description
A gas 2 basket nickel plated tube fryer with a full stainless-steel construction and 18 litre capacity. The highly accurate optimal cooking temperature range of 93 - 190 °C is ideal for cooking food quickly. A large cool zone provides a long oil life. When you've finished using the night lid helps to keep the oil in the optimum form.
A high temperature safety limit switch prevents the fryer from overheating. Whilst a standing pilot light holds a constant flame for the gas burner. The removable basket hanger can be easily cleaned, and all components are easily serviceable from the front. Adjustable legs from 140mm to 170mm allow for a difference in height, reducing the need to bend over the oven.
