I would confidently recommend you to anyone who is looking for a technician who is professional, knowledgeable, honest and very quick at identifying and resolving issues, but most of all very easy to talk to and explains the issue and what is being fixed. In the past I have contracted other technicians to look at the equipment for both my restaurants, but have been disappointed with the lack of knowledge and poor customer service. However, when I contacted Alex, he found the issue very quickly, explained the problem and was able to replace the part immediately and get it working. He understood the urgency and impact to the business if we are were not able to use the deep fryer. He also showed my son how to handle and maintain the equipment so that it doesn’t get damaged.
